(English & Romania speaker)

The person on this position would be responsible for selection and recruitment process of the candidates from Romania who applied to work on construction projects in the Netherlands. She or he will be also in daily contact with Dutch and Polish colleagues and monitor the whole candidate recruitment process.
You will be located in our office in the center of Warsaw. We will offer you a company laptop & mobile phone. You must be prepared to travel from time to time to our office in Radom (1-2 times per month) and headquarters in Holland ( 3-4 times a year).
Your future tasks:
- Intake telephone interviews with the new candidates from Romania
- Selection and recruitment of the new candidates from Romania
- Monitoring candidates’ recruitment process
- Expansion and management of the data base
- Providing the best quality recruitment services towards the candidates
- Writing and editing job offers for Romanian market
- Close cooperation with Marketing team regarding expansion on Romanian market (channels of recruitment, social media, promotional activates).
To be considered for the role as recruiter it is important that you have the abilities to work in a commercial environment preferably in the Human Resource Field. Also it is important that you speak fluently Romanian and possess English knowledge minimum on B2 level as you will be working in international environment. You do not need to be a Polish speaker.
Who are we looking for:
- You must be able to speak and write Romanian fluently and know English (written and oral on the minimum B2 level).
- It would be nice if you speak Polish
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are capable to work independently
- You are prepared to travel as you will be traveling to the offices in the Netherlands and Poland
- You have experience working with MS Office
- You are creative and well organized worker
- It is a plus if you already worked as a recruiter and know the recruitment tools
