On behalf of our Client, an international law organization, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, who will join the HR team in Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
Your next position
Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will cooperate with Recruiter Partners in the International Recruitment Team searching, attracting and assessing candidates and managing the preliminary stages of the recruitment process. Main responsibilities include maintain network of contacts, work within the HR team (seek their support and offer support and advice when it needed) and screen and select candidates from different sources (direct search, career website, external postings, internal candidates).
What do you need to succeed?
We are looking for candidates with experience in international sourcing/recruiting for the big Company. Due to the international working environment and daily contact with foreign internal/external customers the candidates should present excellent English skills. Also knowledge of recruiting tools are required. The candidates should present high communication skills and strong detail-attach approach.
