We need a Recruitment Researcher to join our team!

Davis Nolan is an international Recruitment Company that specialises in IT jobs. We’re 18 months old and we’re growing. This is an opportunity to work in a start-up environment while having the knowledge and back up of our 10 years old sister company in Ireland.

We want to do recruitment differently. We believe that the quality of our service and expertise are the most important things. We work closely with candidates to guide them on their careers. We help companies grow their business by connecting them with the most talented people.

What’s the job?

This job is a Recruitment Researcher for the IT industry.

Your job will be to support Recruiters and Companies by finding creative ways to attract job seekers all over Poland.

You will engage with job seekers over the phone, by email and through social media to find out what they want to do, what company they want to work for and then match them with the jobs we have open.

If you grew up with the dream of becoming a detective, this role is as close as it gets!
