Our Client is for an interim Recruitment Partner in Warsaw.


Your challenges

As Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for handling the recruitment process from initial job analysis/competency assessment, writing the job ad, choosing recruitment channels, screening and handling of candidates in our recruitment system and having interviews/giving feedback on personality and aptitude tests. You will recruit for all positions within Sales & Marketing, Global Business Services and Front Office.
You join our client Global Attraction and Retention team which is part of global HR. The primary responsibilities lie within Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding. You will have the chance to spar with competent colleagues and join for monthly meetings in Denmark, on current challenges and opportunities in the market.
Although anchored within global HR, you will collaborate closely with both HR Business Partners and be part of our local HR team. You will be supported by our local HR services team on administrative recruitment related tasks.

You will have a critical role in advising and challenging hiring managers during the selection process to secure a great match for both business and people.

Your tasks will also include
• Innovation of sourcing methods, anticipating skills profiles coherent with business needs
• Contact and cooperation with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and job portals
• Participation in local HR projects and tasks e.g. local introduction and retention activities
• Support local HR Business Partners with development and execution of Employer Branding activities
Expected travelling approx. 20-30 days per year.


Your qualifications

We imagine you have a relevant master’s degree and a solid track record as a recruiter - either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter - with great results and always focusing on a high ethical codex throughout the entire process.
You have the personality and experience to challenge our hiring managers and independently drive the attraction and retention agenda, while balancing the operational and tactical focus. We deliver the best possible service to the business when we advise and take ownership.
In addition, you have a structured and practical approach to your work and you can handle several projects at a time, while prioritising your efforts optimally. Up-to-date experience working with social media, websites, including LinkedIn Recruiter Seat are a must.
You have an open and forthcoming manner and you collaborate and communicate with ease across professional and cultural boundaries - and acknowledge that the foundation of successful teamwork is based on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative for this position and fluency in Polish and English is a prerequisite.
