Recruitment Partner
Location: KatowiceIBM’s Client Innovation Center in Katowice is looking for Recruitment Partner who would join IBM Recruitment team. What will you make with IBM?
Recruitment team in IBM is responsible for all external recruiting and staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM, as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to end recruitment projects
- Close cooperation with Hiring Managers of business units to understand immediate and future requirements
- Determining adequate sourcing strategy, utilizing effective and cost efficient channels
- Proactively sourcing candidates
- CV screening, selecting candidates for manager’s review and tracking hiring status
- Handling offers and accompanying candidate till the on boarding stage
- Building and maintaining effective relations with hiring managers and candidates
- Participating in job fairs and other employer branding events
- Managing candidate’s database
- Delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience on similar position
- Client focused, with ability to manage customer’s expectations
- Strong sourcing skills, skilled at partnering hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches
- Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- English: very good
- Well organized, open minded with positive attitude
- Flexible and able to work in fast changing environment
