Recruitment Manager (greenfield)
A new position in the company structure with a large impact on the development of the production plant and the group. Managing the recruitment team, impact on the company's HR strategy.

Description
- Building and maintaining partnerships with all managers, understanding their business operations, managing related staffing needs and issues, and offering ideas, solutions, and tools to recruit the best talents.
- Developing recruitment plans and goals with hiring managers in relation to business plan and needs
- Managing a team of recruitment specialists, providing continuous support, coaching, and leadership
- Developing, maintaining and evaluating various recruiting channels
- Promoting diverse recruiting practices and combating biases by ensuring each role has consistent requirements
- Creating quality customer service experiences for all candidates and hiring managers. Setting relevant KPIs and tracking the performance.
- Managing mass and strategic recruiting for the production workers with external agencies and Job boards.
- Being responsible for Employer branding activities in close cooperation with HQ
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and leading talent attraction strategy development and execution
- Few years experience in leading a team of high volume recruiters and / or managing RPO suppliers
- Experience with setting, tracking and driving KPIs within talent acquisition area
- Ability to build lasting relationships, collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; quickly grasps the crux of issues.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, experienced with multi-project management, and close attention to detail
- Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to influence
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and with hands on
- Good understanding of business processes and organization.
- Fluent Polish and English communication skill in both speaking and writing.
