Your new role
In this role you will provide administrative and coordination support that will ensure effective delivery of the service to the client. Relationship management will be a crucial element of this position as you will need to maintain good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders which may include but not be limited to: Recruitment Partners, Sourcing Partners, Supplier Partners, Hiring Managers, Candidates, PAs, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance.
The scope of a coordinator can be quite broad as they support our delivery functions in many areas but some duties that may be included are interview scheduling and sending confirmations, supporting the population and management of talent pools and the raising of purchase orders as well as offer letter generation.

What you need to succeed
To get this role you should have a good education level with literacy and numeracy grades/equivalent business experience essential. A must is good professional communication skills; written and verbal and accurate data entry with a good level of IT skills and hands on experience using the Microsoft Office Package. Some experience in a role where politely chasing stakeholders for information would also be an asset for this position.
