For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Recruitment Coordinator

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing recruitment support. You will work closely with other recruiters and candidates to place advertisements, arrange and conduct interviews and provide metrics. Your main duties will include screening incoming applications, searching for candidates, checking the references. You will be exploring new recruitment sources, job boards, forums for talent acquisition and develop candidate pipelines for key roles.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with at least 1 year experience in recruitment area. Fluency in English (C1 level) and the knowledge of MS Office are also required. An ideal Candidate has to have strong service orientation, positive attitude and high interpersonal skills. The ability to influence others and communicate effectively with employees and managers at all levels is also essential.
