What the role entails:
- Business Development to foster new business relationships with clients,
- Sourcing relevant talent that meet the recruitment needs of our Corporate Clients,
- Selling on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process and negotiating salaries,
- Coordinating interviews and mediating throughout the entire process,
- Producing marketing materials: writing job advertisements, building your presence on different types of social media.
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in Polish and English languages (written and verbal),
- Knowledge of Czech, Hungarian or Estonian language would be a definite advantage but is not essential,
- University degree (preferred disciplines: Psychology, Sociology, Law, Marketing, Business Studies),
- Strong communication skills, resilience and perseverance,
- A strong work ethic pushing you to go the extra mile in order to reap the rewards.
