As a member of recruitment team, you will be responsible for both delivering recruitment services to our external partners and covering the whole recruitment process in order to deliver the best IT specialist for our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates from external and internal databases
Efficient usage of network of professional contacts via social media
Phone prescreening interviews with candidates
Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates
Researching (creating a strategy, moving onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered, ensuring its absolute accuracy
Building long term relationships with candidates
Conducting negotiations
Mentoring younger colleagues in challenging tasks
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience related to recruitment (ideally in IT field)
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently, self-driven individual
Flexibility, reliability, versatility
MS Office: advanced
Advanced command of English
