On behalf of our Client, an international law company with global reach, we are currently looking for candidates to hold Recruitment & Development Specialist position, based in a Shared Service Center in Warsaw.
Your new role
Recruitment & Development Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment & development processes dedicated for graduates at the company. The person on this position will be responsible for various administrative tasks within recruitment process (posting adverts, contacting candidates, arranging interviews and assessment centers, on-boarding new employees), learning & development process (arranging training, invoicing travel, training and other expenses) and other HR related tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in HR area, preferably in recruitment or talent & development. Experience gained in an international environment will be an asset. Because this is an international role to support global structures, we are looking for candidates with fluent English language. The candidates for this position should present great organisational and interpersonal skills combined with a detail-oriented attitude.
