On behalf of our Client, international company with global reach,we are urgently looking for a Recruitment & Development Assistant,to join Shared Service Center in Warsaw.

Your new role

The Recruitment & Development Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks within recruitment processes of graduates (high volume recruitment projects for UK).Daily duties will include: coordinating adverts, arranging interviews, organising assessment centres and internships programs, presenting offers, providing support for candidates, etc.Recruitment & Development Assistant will stay in close cooperation with hiring managers, universities and training department and will be responsible for coordinating marketing and employer branding activitiesto attract the best candidates. Additionally, Recruitment & Development Assistantwill be involved in supporting learning & development processesby organisinglarge scale induction programmes and managing logistics connected with graduate performance management.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experienced with conducting or supporting recruitment projects, preferably gained in SSC/BPO environment.As this is an international role, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers.If you are a well organised and highly communicative person who wants to develop in an international environment, this is the role for you.
