Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Recruitment and A dministration Specialist (fixed-term basis) to join our Client’s global service center in GdaÅ„sk. Our Client is a global leader in the offshore and marine industry.
The person holding this position will be responsible for managing external and internal job postings through various recruitment channel and social media, support in defining a long-term recruitment strategy for required positions, and take part in defining the employer branding process. Your tasks will include maintaining candidates applications according to data privacy regulations, updating candidates status, running the entire end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct onboarding training for new employees, handle weekly, monthly reporting in regards to recruitment activities and other ad-hoc assignments. From the administration side you will be responsible for supporting employees in labor law related issues, keeping employee files up to date in accordance with local regulations, preparing employment related documentation, benefits administration for employee insurance, medical care, social fund activities, etc. You will also be supporting the payroll process, providing all required data input and working time reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.
We are looking for Candidates with a University Degree and at least 2+ years’ of experience in personneladministration and broad experience as a recruiter. Additionally, the perfect Candidate should have very good knowledge of Polish labour law and well-developed organizational skills. Fluency in English is also a must. What is more, the Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be good at networking and building relationships with the company’s business partners.
