For our client, an international company that develops its business in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the Recruitment Advisor with German.
On this position will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes (sourcing candidates, posting job adverts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews etc.) managing and maintaining recruitment data and creating reports. Moreover, you will actively cooperate with local Hiring Managers, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.
We are seeking candidates with minimum one year of professional experience on a similar position gained in an international environment. Fluent German and English is required. Knowledge of Workday or any HR related system will be a plus. The ideal candidate should present strong organizational and communication skills.
