On behalf of our client, an international company with global reach,we are looking for the Recruitment Administrator with Italianto join Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.

Your new role:

Recruitment Administrator will perform all administrative activities within an international recruitment processesin the company including creating and posting job adverts, administration of talent pools, scheduling interviews, sending invitations, updating system, etc. In addition, the person on this position will provide organizational and logistic support for recruitment related eventssuch as assessment days and campus events.

What you'll need to succeed:

The candidate for this position should have excellent languages skills of English and Italian (at least B2+). Previous experiences within SSC/BPO environment is a mustfor this position, while HR/recruitment experience will be considered an asset. We seek candidates with highly developed communication and organizational skills,able to work independently and interested in professional development in multinational environment.
