Recruitment Administration Specialist
Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Recruitment Administration Specialist with French. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers from France in administrative activities related to recruitment.

Our client is a big, well-know and global organization that has a significant impact on our health and science world. They are currently developing further their international structures in Poznań and building their new HR Hub therefore we are looking for HR professionals to build new processes with them.
Description
- Supporting Hiring Manager and Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting process
- Handling inquiries from Hiring Managers and Recruiters via phone, chat and email
- Collecting all required information regarding open positions, verifying status, submitting changes, evaluating jobs and creating job descriptions, assigning jobs to owners
- Maintaining the recruitment system and talent pool
- Organizing meetings between Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Working closely with internal colleagues
- Participating in knowledge transfer from France
- Participating in process improvement projects
Profile
- Higher education
- Experience in the area of recruitment, talent acquisition, HR in organizations from the SSC sector
- Fluent English and French
- Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems would be an asset
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and multitasking
- Capability to structure your daily work
