Your new role
- Posting roles to internal / external sites, outside of normal, automated process
- Supporting Initial screening of CV’s
- Interview scheduling & interview guide production
- Supporting telephone interviews for high volume roles
- Supporting candidate rejection (through the selection of the correct reason for rejection) and closing requisitions where there are technical issues
- Escalation of screening discrepancies
- Supporting SD Specialists with offer letters and following up on responses
What you'll need to succeed
- Recruitment administration experience gained in a complex, hiring environment
- Capable of understanding data in order to prioritise workload
- A good understanding of the recruitment process in order to best be able to support candidates and colleagues alike
- English is a must
