For our Client, an award-winning global transformational management and technology consultancy, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialist who will take responsibility for internal recruitment process mostly concentrated on specialists form financial services and technical sector.
Your role:
- Advising management on recruitment best practice.
- Delivering the best candidate experience by building honest relationships with candidates.
- The generation, management and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of skilled financial services and technical candidates that reflect the current and anticipated business plan of the Company. This is achieved by a thorough understanding of the Financial Services and Technology Market in Poland.
- Developing a strong network and pipeline of skilled candidates to be aligned to Company specialist delivery practices for internal and Customer's projects.
- Negotiation of rates and salaries.
- Maintenance of internal databases, templates and systems.
- CV preparation.
- Building a sourcing strategy.
- Supporting HR in the onboarding process if required.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years+ of experience working within either a corporate or agency resourcing/talent acquisition environments,
- Experience and knowledge of the technology or financial services industry,
- A network of technology or financial services candidates,
- Knowledge of Polish recruitment markets and employment laws,
- Excellent account management skills with a track record of delivering results,
- Experience in delivering one or more of the following skillsets; Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts or Testers.
- Ability to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Effective Internet sourcing skills, including Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge.
- High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive.
- English: Fluent (spoken and written)
