Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will provide recruitment activities for our prestigious Clients from Business Services industry within Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Talent Acquisition team is a fundamental part of the overall delivery on the account providing service excellence to both Candidates and the Client. Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates,conducting interviews and short-listing appropriate Candidates. You will be also liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any necessary information, providing feedback and reporting activities and to ensure that the recruitment SLA’s are met.

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills. Fluent English language knowledge (at least B2+) and at least one year of previous experience in an independent role within recruitment is essential (experience within Finance/Banking/Insurance industry will be an asset). Ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is a must. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast paced environment.

Within this specialism we operate 3 units: Office Support/Secretarial (from office junior and data entry roles up to administration manager, office manager and project management positions), Human Resources (HR Manager and Director roles as well as HR Advisor , Generalist and Specialist jobs), Contact Centre/BPO (from Agent / Advisor level positions in inbound service & sales, inbound or outbound customer service representatives to centre team leader and team manager, as well as call centre trainer and operations director roles).
