Submitting personal data is voluntary, but necessary to accomplish the recruitment. If you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly at all.
Please make sure, that your resume and cover letter includes below statement:
“I hereby agree for processing my personal data, included in my job offer, as defined in the Act of April 27, 2016 on the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 6 Section 1 Items a and c) by the Starwood Services Poland Ltd with its seat in Warsaw, 00-493, at ul. Bolesława Prusa 2 (personal data administrator) for the purpose of the mentioned in post recruitment process.
If you agree to allow us to keep your personal data for consideration for future
employment opportunities, please include other statement as well:
“I hereby agree for processing my personal data, included in my job offer, as defined in the Act of April 27, 2016 on the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 6 Section 1 Items a and c) by the Starwood Services Poland Ltd with its seat in Warsaw, 00-493, at ul. Bolesława Prusa 2 (personal data administrator) in case there are future employment opportunities.”
Any resume without such information clause will not be taken into consideration in the recruitment process lead by Starwood Services Poland Ltd and will be deleted from the database.
You have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing and transfer of your data where Starwood Services Poland Ltd is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing, the right to withdraw consent to the processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. In order to exercise these rights, please send an email specifying your request to sheratonwarsaw.recruitment@marriott.com
If you believe that the organisation has not complied with your data protection rights, you can complain to the General Personal Data Inspector.
We will hold your data until the recruitment process has been completed, however, no longer than six months from the date of submission. If you agree to allow us to keep your personal data, we will hold your data for an additional six months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to Human Resources file (electronic and paper based) and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
We may pass your personal data to the recruitment management system provider and IT service provider.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling.
