Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service to our clients. In this role, you will:
- – Ensure a timely and high-quality delivery of valuation reports;
– Design processes and standards for the management of our external property valuations;
– Review and validate property valuation reports for all asset classes and located in numerous jurisdictions for Luxembourg and German fund vehicles
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
– Support the wider RE-Management Team as required, e.g. contribute to OC, reportings, property manager onboarding, financing controlling etc.
– Administrate virtual data rooms (user access & data provision) and help to ensure timely data delivery by external Asset Managers;
– Identify synergies within and across teams, streamline processes;
– Partner with auditors for Germany and Luxembourg domiciled funds;
– Partner with our external asset managers;
– Partner with internal stakeholders (accounting, legal, risk, investment management);
– Leverage robotics and digital initiatives for real estate administration/valuation management processes.
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
- The successful candidate will be bringing the following:
– Experience in Property Valuations or Real Estate Asset/ Fund Management
– Knowledge of real estate valuation methods and processes;
– Knowledge of regulation around valuations/AIFMD;
– Motivation to explore new working fields; Knowledge of interaction between data flows and systems;
– Superior interpersonal skills to network and influence at all levels;
– Fluent in English and good German (min. B-Level);
– Degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate or Business Administration or related subject;
– Strong analytical and organisational skills, problem solving capabilities;
