We are looking for an employee for the Real Estate Administration Team.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- The employee partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high quality valuation of our real estate investments. In this role, you will
- Play a key role in valuation of real estate buildings globally
- Design processes and standards for real estate valuation
- Define systems and data flows to smooth valuation administration
- Partner with auditors for Germany and Luxembourg domiciled funds and external valuers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on real estate valuation
- Partner with internal investment managers and external asset managers
- Participate in transactions to ensure a proper and compliant valuation
- Leverage robotics and digital initiatives for valuation procedures
What you offer:
- Experience in Real Estate Asset Management (property manager / asset manager) and valuation of real estate investments
- End-to-end view of valuation drivers of a real estate investment
- Awareness of regulatory environment and implications is considered as favorable
- Knowledge of interaction between data flows and systems
- Superior interpersonal skills to network and influence at all levels
- Fluent in English. German language skills would be a definite plus
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related subject
- Strong analytical skills and issue solving capabilities
