Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
This dairy producer focuses on the national and international markets, with an emphasis on retailers and caterers. The company culture is very Dutch in that it is direct, honest and open. Initiative is valued and your own input is more than welcome.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As R&D team leader, you are responsible for a team of three. Within this team, you support your peers and guide them through the development process. Of course, you're still involved in New Product Development yourself, so your creativity and input is valued. You report to the commercial director and do this in a direct manner: the company lines are short. In order to produce the most valuable articles, you keep in touch with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leadership over a team of 3
• New product development
• Cooperation with marketing and QC
• Streamlining production
• Client contact
• Adjusting NPD to client demands
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Food Science or similar
• R&D Food experience
• Min. 5 years product development experience
• Fluent Dutch, English is a must
• German is a plus
• Decisive personality, result-driven
• Strong leader and team-player
