THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company develops biopharmaceutical products focused on bacteria, viruses and foreign substances.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As R&D Project Manager you will provide project management support to Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) leaders and teams. You will provide support for continuous forecasting, quarterly financial updates, development of Business Plan budgets and FTE’s and preparation for Governance Meetings. As a member of the CMC team you will work with the team and with PDMS functions to facilitate successful project execution, achievement of key deliverables and of budget and FTE goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active member of assigned CMC teams.
- Build and maintain project plans.
- Develop OOPs and FTE forecasts.
- Track actual expenses and FTE’s against forecasts.
- Liaise with project finance, Program Management and customer groups from R&D Companies and GDO’s
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a Scientific Discipline
- 6-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Development and Clinical Development.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Capability in the Microsoft suite of business software including MS Project and Excel.
- Experience in working in multinational/multicultural organizations
