- A Bachelor/HBO degree; MSc need demonstrated pragmatic experience in project management
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Medical devices
- Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German too
- Friendly possibility that communicates well with all involved departments

As the R&D project manager you will come in to complement the existing department. It is your challenge to bring a solution to some of the upscaling troubles that some of the projects have. Your chemistry background helps you figure out a solution. More specifically you have a background in (photo-)polymer chemistry.The role reports to the Operations director and is for unlimited duration.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for specific projects that are based on some of the issues that state-of-the-art R&D can bring up. From your chemistry background you set up a time line, with according budgets to tackle the problems. You will have help from the existing group of R&D engineers. Your solutions can be found in the product itself, the machine that is using it or in any other way imaginable. A role where you truly get to innovate while solving the puzzle.Requirements
- A background in Chemistry is needed, be it polymer, photopolymer or similar- A Bachelor/HBO degree; MSc need demonstrated pragmatic experience in project management
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Medical devices
- Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German too
- Friendly possibility that communicates well with all involved departments
