THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
This company is continually working on improving their products in order to maintain their high quality. In addition, they are also providing on-going professional training within the food market, food technology and food trends to keep personnel informed.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a product developer, you will focus on the recipes and mainly raw materials that are in the recipes. You will be responsible for creating new recipes and improve already existing recipes. Furthermore you will work closely with suppliers, who deliver the raw materials and enhance the raw materials. Naturally, the focus is on clean products, keeping consumer health in mind and following latest trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize new recipes and products
- Planning, organizing and overseeing process or production trials
- Research raw materials for use in recipes
- Work closely with the team to develop and test new and existing ingredients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Food Technology
- At least 3 years’ experience in product development in the food industry
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Fluent in Dutch and English
