Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany.
This client is a multinational bakery company in the B2B sector. Their values are team spirit, quality and vision, which shows in an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial insight in all positions. As R&D Manager, you do the product development of bread mixes and share knowledge internationally.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your main task is to develop new products, by following market trends and following up on customer orders. Besides the practical, hands-on creation, you also offer technical support to sales by answering technical questions. You work together with marketing and distribution in project groups to scout for new trends and put them in practice. Besides industrial production, you manufacture samples for tastings, exhibitions and clients. This is all aimed at the German market.

REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in Food Technology or similar
- experience in the bakery sector
- experience in product development
- excellent German (must) and English
- willing to travel through Germany to see clients
- willing to relocate to Dusseldorf, Germany
