The Company
This client is on the lookout for specialists to join their R&D team, especially expertise in cocoa and coffee is valuable. You'll be working in an all-Dutch team, on one of their plants in North Holland.Role Description
Are you aware of both the people management and technical aspects of NPD? Then this position could be the challenge for you. Your main responsibility will be driving forward innovation, by keeping tabs on the market. What does the consumer want? What products could answer those needs? You answer these questions and translate them into R&D projects. Through your communicative personality, you can sell these ideas internally and lead your team. Please note that you will be involved in the product development process, so R&D experience is a must.Responsibilities

Requirements
