Our client is a reputable international organization currently looking for an R2R Senior Manager to join the company at its very dynamic time of change and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the R2R process team while ensuring quality and efficiency of the work performed
Recruiting, motivating and developing the team
Future planning of the workload and resources within the team in order to ensure smooth delivery
Overseeing and supporting the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by the region according to the timelines
Ensuring timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed KPIs and SLAs
Taking active participation in the new ERP system implementation in order to fully maximize the productivity of the department
Candidate requirements:
Professional qualification (CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA) is a must
Experience in G/L in a similar role for at least 2 years is a must
Experience of managing people, including managing big team structures (30+) is a must
Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, dynamic approach
Ability to coordinate and motivate team members towards a common goal
Knowledge of US GAAP will be an asset
