For our Client we are building the structures from the scratch and we are looking for professionals with previous experience in accounting and people management who are ready to take the challenge and become a RTR Team Leader.
This position will report to the R2R Process Delivery Lead and lead R2R team in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Inter company Processing, Fixed Assets and any other related managerial and decision activities. As a Process Supervisor among others you will be responsible for: manage R2R team (up to 10 FTE), ensure quality and efficiency of work produced, hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, be a Subject Matter Expert for R2R related topics, support migration of R2R processes from European countries to Krakow, manage the completion of required close activities including review of month end Intercompany statements.
Previous relevant experience (min.4 years) andprior experience in managing R2R functions are essential together with s trong accounting background and strong written and oral communication skills.Well-developed management and leadership skills and ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel
