For one of our Clients, an international company who is setting up a SSC in Cracow we are looking for RtR Proces Delivery Lead.
This position will report to the SSC Site Lead and lead the R2R team in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Intercompany Processing, Fixed Assets and any other related managerial and decision activities. The hired person will also be responsible for external reporting in accordance with local GAAP, internal reporting such as statistics, KPI's, etc., performing ad-hoc analyses as well as managing relationships and communication with internal and external auditors.
We are looking for Candidates with 8+ years of experience in financial accounting (incl. IFRS), gained in international environment, and 5+ years of experience in people management (over more than one hierarchy level). Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as strong analytical, planning, organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office Suite is required as well.
