Quality Supplier Manager

• Supplier approval on quality requirements and negotiating on Quality Assurance agreements
• Planning and executing/outsourcing audits, preparing audit reports and closing audit assessments
• Supplier approval on quality requirements and negotiating on Quality Assurance agreements
• Planning and executing/outsourcing audits, preparing audit reports and closing audit assessments
• Supporting the Sourcing Strategy of ingredients (participation to cross-functional working groups ...)
• Making sure the Quality database is permanently updated to ensure a smooth sourcing
• Resolving major quality issues by getting from Suppliers their root cause analyses and Corrective & Preventive Action Plans.
• Providing expertise on technical topics of ingredients, their production (varieties, pests and pest control, fertilization, harvest, contaminants ...), their processing (IQF, Aseptic Puree, Fresh storage ...)
• Supporting the Sustainability program (RSPO certification for example)
• reporting and communicating the Team activities (monthly dashboard, regular posts on workplace, oral presentations ...)
• Strong Food Quality & Food Safety background with knowledge in Risks prevention (physical, chemical, biological)
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Experience in Food Production and Processing. Experience in the dairy industry or oils and fats industry is a pre.
• First or confirmed Auditing experience (or skills compatible with supplier auditing)
• Experienced in supplier management and/ or reviewing technical specifications
• Understanding of the operations of a quality management system and related documentation
• Self-starter
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams (able to balance between a clear 'no go' and being pragmatic)
• Good at Interpersonal relations, communication skills in English. Good at building relationships.

Requirements
• Bachelor or master degree in industrial or technical and process, biology, chemical or similar area.• Strong Food Quality & Food Safety background with knowledge in Risks prevention (physical, chemical, biological)
