- Preparation of CAPAs and SOPs
- Managing 6 QA officers
- Managing and innovating QMS (HACCP, GMP, ISO9001)
- Supervising audits
- Perform rootcause analysis
- Knowledge of GMP is a must
- Experience with root cause analysis and Opex (5why, six sigma, 8D, ...)
- An initial management experience is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a plus

For a large packaging company in Utrecht, we are currently looking for a QSE Manager with experience in the Packaging industry. It's an innovative and dynamic company where every day will be different.Role Description
You will work within the company as a QSE Manager with 6 direct reports and 40 indirect reports. You ensure that the daily complaint handling runs smoothly, you provide quality training to the operators and you manage all QMS within the company. You are also part of the team that deals with continuous improvement and Opex.Responsibilities
- Handling of complaints and deviations- Preparation of CAPAs and SOPs
- Managing 6 QA officers
- Managing and innovating QMS (HACCP, GMP, ISO9001)
- Supervising audits
- Perform rootcause analysis
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field- Knowledge of GMP is a must
- Experience with root cause analysis and Opex (5why, six sigma, 8D, ...)
- An initial management experience is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a plus

The company is looking for a person who can get things straight in the Quality Department.
