THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Rhône France.
Medical Device manufacturer with different affiliates in Europe and a broad portfolio of products. The strategy for the upcoming years is to invest in R&D and clinical for the development of new products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Project Manager your responsibility will be to set up the project time frames, control the budget and manage all the subsystem teams.
The Quality Project Manager, will manage 10 sub-project managers who are also responsible for teams of 8 people each. Therefore the Quality Project Manager supervises 10 people directly and 80 people indirectly.
Among the people management responsibilities, the Quality Project Manager will set the goals and time frames of the project.
Finally, he/ she will have budget responsibilities.
Overall, he/she is responsible for the achievement of the project in the time and under the budget provided.
The starting date is ASAP, and the duration until mid 2018 although the initiaal contract will be until the end of the year and then extended (based on performance).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a time program
- Set the organizational gals
- Manage 10 people (directly) and the budget
- Supervise the Quality standards within a medical deivice environment
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a bachelor in a technical or scientific field
- +8 years of experience in similar roles
- Proven track record at Project Manager
- Good understanding of Quality in Medical devices
- French (fluent)
