THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They are a Medical Device manufacturer and distributor. A global leader in development and technology driven manufacturer of outsourced designs. The company is currently looking for a Metrology Manager that will ensure a permanent stat of quality compliance.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the new QA Manager you will lead the QA department/team and translate company goals into department goals to ensure quality compliance within your department. Your tasks will evolve Quality and Regulatory Affairs specially focused on metrology aspect of the manufactured products. You will act as a strong manager with professionals who will report directly to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities you will have as the Quality Metrology Manager are but not limited to:
• Lead and/or participate in (quality improvement) projects
• Generate, review and authorize Metrology/Quality related documents
• Ensure and safeguard correct state of equipment regarding maintenance, replacement, investment and CAPEX handling
• Support customer and supplier relations.
• Act as a manager and team builder
• Participate and lead internal and external audits
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Life Science sector
• Experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems of Metrology specifically (ISO 13485, ISO 2859, ISO 395)
• Lean and Six Sigma is a pre
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• At least 3 years experience in Quality Healthcare/Medical Devices
