Our Client is an international automotive producer of components. Due to the start-up of a new factory in Poland company is looking for group of managers reporting directly to manager of the new plant. Currently we are looking for Quality Manager for them.
Quality Manager will be responsible for implementation of quality system in start-up plant for automotive electronics manufacturing, review product launch risk assessments and develop/execute safe launch plans for new product launches, track plant/customer scorecards and drive corrective actions, hire and develop quality engineers and technicians positions per onboarding timeline to exceed customers expectations with product transfer schedule, manage customer and internal escalation processes for quality issues, manage and drive improvements for warranty performance, drive improvements on reducing PFMEA severity rate, represent quality in meetings with customer, develop plant quality metrics, ensure effective process control, lead working relationships with other departments, lead all external audits dealing with customers and auditors, cooperate with other plants all over the world.
Ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience with leading quality in automotive or electronics environment, working knowledge of automotive quality requirements and structured problem solving methodologies, experience with negotiations with customer and/or suppliers, ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of skilled employees in global environment. Advanced problem solving training such as Black Belt or Shainin is a plus.
