Quality Manager - Global Production Holding - Greenfield
The Quality Manager is responsible for daily management of quality and reliability of products and services as well as all issues related to Integreated Management System of ISO 9001.
Client Details
For our client, an Global Production Holding, we are looking for an experienced Quality Manager. Recruitment is related to the development of the company - Greenfield, and the person in this position will report directly to the Managing Director. The person will manage the quality of production plant in the Silesian region.
Description
- Ensures that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained across organisation,
- Oversees and implements the development of plans for meeting major business objectives in Quality,
- Responsiveness to the quality system including contact with all external bodies in the area of certification and accreditation processes,
- Supervising quality claims, responses, analysis, preventive and corrective actions,
- Ensures required reporting of quality metrics, statistics, QMS needs for improvements,
- Ensures that customer requirements are known, implemented, maintained and met (builds customer-focused culture),
Profile
- Relevant higher education
- Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in assembling manufacturing environment
- Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (certification will be a strong advantage)
- Proficient bilingual skills (Polish and English) required in both speech and writing
- Team work oriented, responsible, a keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Must be an innovative thinker who encourages risk-taking and can work cross-functionally
