As a Quality Management Specialist with Givaudan you will maintain and improve our quality management systems regarding product quality and food safety. Within the global quality organization, you will closely collaborate with all departments in the value chain and our customers.

In this exciting role you have the following responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints: With your strong customer focus and excellent relationship to all departments you will be responsible for the customer complaint handling, which includes drive investigations, perform root cause analysis, define and follow up preventive actions and provide solid complaint statements.
- Support Quality and Food Safety Programs: With your excellent understanding of quality management, the organizational processes and as a member of the local food safety team you help the business ensuring to meet all requirements, standards and certifications.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Food Technology, Chemical Technology or comparable (min. diploma qualification)
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the food industry in comparable function
- Pronounced knowledge in food safety
- Excellent skills in analytics and communication
- Fluent in German and English (B2 level)
