Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review performance metrics against the targets, present to LT and liaise periodically with Country General Manager to agree improvement areas. Sets up a strong business partnership with GM and local Leadership Team.
- Manage the LOC Quality team ( QO/RP/QA specialists) including set up their development and objective targets through personal development plans in alignment with Area LOC Quality Lead.
- Manage product incidents and recalls to ensure timely and effective escalation of quality incidents and provide the necessary analysis to understand and escalate issues which have the potential to impact supply or company’s reputation as a distributor of quality products.
- Chair LOC Quality council and assist to local risk management board, escalate risks as appropriate within organization.
- Oversight all the operational quality activities managed in GMP ( import) and GDP activities, (PQR, batch release management, repacking, inbound and outbound quality issues, recalls, inspection readiness) and partner with Supply Chain & Regulatory and LSP locally to make sure all operations happen as quality excellence.
- Ensure that the LOC Quality activities operate in a cost effective and efficient manner: improve quality, facilitate Quality Management and lead the development of a right first time quality culture.
