You'll take charge of the development and implementation of continuous improvement of the main processes.
- Controlling internal and external NCR via root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Manage and support the quality coordinators with their quality related projects.
- Set-up and monitoring the control limits for main process and quality characteristics.
- Affinity with Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP and SPC, FMEA, 5-WHY, 8D-report, PDCA and Ishikawa diagram.
- Experience with Minitab of SAP.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.

To bolster their Quality Team they are looking for an ambitious Quality Engineer to ensure top of the line product.Role Description
As Quality Engineer you'll manage the team of 6 Quality Coordinators to ensure that the product is compliant with legislation and the high standards of the clients.You'll take charge of the development and implementation of continuous improvement of the main processes.
Responsibilities
- Developing, conducting and directing of the internal audits of the different departments compliant with the ISO 9001:2015, HACCP and client requirements.- Controlling internal and external NCR via root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Manage and support the quality coordinators with their quality related projects.
- Set-up and monitoring the control limits for main process and quality characteristics.
Requirements
- BSc (preferable in the direction of Food technology of Engineering)- Affinity with Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP and SPC, FMEA, 5-WHY, 8D-report, PDCA and Ishikawa diagram.
- Experience with Minitab of SAP.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
