HRK S.A. for our Client, an internatl automotive company, is looking for a person for the position:
Quality EngineerMiejsce pracy: Wrocław
Job responsibilities:
- Supervising all activities related to customer/supplier audits (performing internal audits based on customer/supplier requirements; managing all corrective actions after audits),
- Managing customer claims,
- Managing internal audits (PQC - creating the check sheet and standards, training inspectors, controlling results),
- Managing outgoing inspection (OQC - creating the check sheet and standards, training inspectors, controlling results),
- Managing Customer Special Requirements and training the employees,
- Reporting PPAP package to customer,
- Verifying PPAP confirmation,
- Controlling the components development process,
- Coordinating of suppliers improvements activities,
- Managing of quality supplied production parts,
- Conducting regular audits at suppliers' side,
- Cooperating with suppliers of manufacturing components.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Quality Department in the Automotive branch,
- Higher technical education (electronics, electronic devices is an advantage),
- English language at B2 level (spoken and written),
- Knowledge of quality management tools: FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan, 5 WHY, QRQC, Ishikawa,
- Knowledge of statistical methods (SPC),
- Ability to use the quality techniques and tools in practice,
- Ability to use the technical documentation ( drawings, standards),
- VDA 6.3 knowledge.
