Quality & EHS Manager - Global Chemical Industry Company
QHSE manager is in charge of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment side of the business through supervising and coordinating Site work systems.

Our client is a global organisation specialising in chemical production. Due to the continuous development of the product portfolio and the organisation, we are looking for a person for the position of Quality & Environmental Health and Safety manager, who will report directly to the Plant Director, and will have a team of several people in EHS and Quality.
Description
- Manage overall Health, Safety, Environment and Quality include: after sales, production quality, components quality, problem solving and Continuous Improvement systems
- As a representative of the Integrated Management System, manage and drive the Quality Environmental and Health Safety management systems (IFC, BRC, 45001, OHSAS 14001);
- Identify and evaluate risks and proposal of solutions to reduce them
- Supervise and drive the physicochemical and microbiological laboratories, Built in Quality into processes based on LEAN and Business strategy principles, shape and deploy Critical to Quality flow down (e.g.: Critical Control Points)
- Control and secure that all prescriptions are followed and kept by mixing department, assure that all customer requirements are met on filling department
- Ensure that row materials and mechanical components, including homemade PET bottles are within the specification
- Plan, execute and follow up after external (supplier and customers) and internal audits.
- Manage, control and develop production performance by problem solving and Continuous Improvement, structural eliminate non-conformities and avoid unforeseen situations (PDCA, 8D, HACCP, Critical Control Points, 3C, HAZID)
Profile
- Experience in similar role - field QHSE in Manufacturing contest.
- Degree in EHS and Quality
- Job specific competencies
- Experience as internal auditor
- Very good knowledge of Quality systems
- Knowledge production environment
- Knowledge of QHSE legislation
- Introduction in QHSE management systems (ISO 14001 v2015 & OHSAS 18001 certification
- Very Good English
