THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Basel-Stadt Switzerland.
Large chemical company with different affiliates mainly located in Germany and Switzerland.
It has a very broad portfolio of chemical ingredients and custom synthes solutions that they produce and deliver to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, cosmetic and food related industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality Consultant will contribute to develop a strong QMS. Currently, there is a QMS in place that needs to be improved as many gaps have been identified.
Besides, The Quality Consultant will contribute to the preparation of an audit that takes place in March 2018.

- Duration: 9 months (approx.) until March 2018
- Hours per week: 20 hours (0.5 FTEs approx.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build up a Quality Management System: ISO9001, ISO 14001
- Conduct information mapping, process writing and perform a strong gap analysis
- Support introducing the ISO 18001
- Investigation of CAPAs and deviations, complaint handling, preparation of the SQS Audit, internal audits, contact with external partners, risk assessment...
REQUIREMENTS
- +7 years of experience in Quality within the chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; ISO 18001 is highly valued
- Ideally previous experience with the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS)
- Native German (all documentation is written in German)
