ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Officer you'll aid the QA Manager in the day to day operations and if the QA Manager is absent you will be the replacement of the QA Manager. You'll be the sparring partner of the manager in all Quality related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On a daily basis you'll be maintaining the quality systems. Furthermore you'll be continuously drafting and updating the quality documents, the specifications and the corresponding labels.
- Deal and take care of customers complaints.
- Execute internal audits.
- Assist the manager in gathering the necessary information for management reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Food technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of BRC, IFS and HACCP.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both speech and writing).
- A hands on mentality.
- A proactive attitude.
