As a QA Manager you lead and manage quality in Waalwijk.
You are responsible for the implementation of the best standards in our industry and also for our Quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other future systems focused on quality assurance. You also coordinate together with the relevant departments audits of customers, suppliers etc.
Next to that you support the total, integral responsibility for the complaints with procedures and follow up and give suggestions to avoid similar complaints in the future and initiate plans and proposals in order to bring the quality of site STAHL Waalwijk to a higher level
What we are looking for:
- Chemical graduate, Bachelor or Master
- Additional education in Quality Management, qualified to audit ISO systems (lead auditor)
- Minimum 5 yr work experience in similar positions in chemical industry.
- Knowledge of MS-Office + SAP.
- Good knowledge of English & German language.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Be a stimulator and team worker and team builder
- Flexible in time and willing to travel (frequently).
