We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Quality Assurance Lead Analyst

Location: Cracow

 

Key Accountabilities:

Perform intensive data analysis testing between source system data and data transmitted to the target global standard identity access management tool.

Ensure all QA test evidence is retained for Audit purposes.

Identify any issues which may result in ineffective key controls.

Perform BAU activities which includes Glossary Remediation.

Investigate and report issues according to procedures and maintain ownership through to resolution.

Research, evaluate and identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities to maintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation.

Assist with developing and implementing Identity & Access Management strategies.

Support Identity & Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Identify potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.

Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Effectively communicate status on key deliverables

Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events

Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach to execute change effectively, with minimum conflict.

Stakeholders include, but not limited to the following:

Business Application owners

CIO representatives

IT Service owners

Global IAM Teams

Leading a team of 5-20 professionals. Guiding them and supporting them to overcome the blockers.

Be an effective team player through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.

Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the our Client brand.

Build a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and functionality deployment

Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix.

Communicate plans with key stakeholders

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practice and knowledge are shared

Ensure an equal and balanced focus is maintained on operating and regulatory risks and ensure the Onboarding Team mitigates these in a manner that protects the company

 

Requirements:

Experience working in Identity Access Management is essential.

Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Experience working in and knowledge of Access Management in a financial environment is essential.

Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Experience creating and executing operational processes and procedures is essential.

Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience

Past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. Mainframe, UNIX and Databases is essential

Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.

Role relevant qualifications, i.e.CISSP/CISM is desirable but not essential

People management of a team up to 20 people

Experience in Budget management
