Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: WarszawaDiebold Nixdorf BPO Sp. z o. o. is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst in our EMEA Business Services Center in Warsaw.
The Quality Assurance team owns the controls and compliance framework for EMEA Business Services, a captive shared services center supporting Diebold Nixdorf units throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa with accounting and order management services. The function reports to the center’s Quality Assurance Lead.
The QA analyst will support all processes within the center and will develop the framework and ensure appropriate testing of all relevant controls.
The main tasks in this role will be:
- Carry out regular audits, reviews and monitoring of controls to ensure they are effectively performed
- Support all controls and compliance related activities in the center
- Log identified issues and coordinate corrections with the relevant Process Manager
- Identify and document issues’ causes and compile quality analysis and performance data
- Compile and maintain relevant documentation
- Support Process Owners and Process Managers in identifying and implementing quality improvement opportunities
- Support audit activities and act as the center’s contact for internal and external auditors
Requirements to successfully fill this role are a university degree, preferably with a focus on business and accounting as well as relevant (more than 2 years) experience in the operation of one of the center’s processes in a shared services environment.
Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of the other components of MS Office as well as experience in working against challenging timelines are further requirements. Very good communication and presentation skills are necessary to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
The main working language is English which has to be fully mastered; good knowledge of any other major working language (i. e. French, German, Spanish, Russian) of our center would be an advantage.
