In addition you will also maintain and improve the current processes and methods by advising your stakeholders and implementing lean.
- Responsible for solution in case of problems
- Responsible for coaching and motivating of a team of 14 colleagues
- Responsible for initiating cross-functional projects focused on the improvement of the quality processes
- Responsible for monitoring the costs and cost reduction proposals
- You are capable to bring the best out of your colleagues, both individually and at team level
- At least 5 years’ experience working in the QC within the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years’ experience as a team leader within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of current processes within the QC, among which Lean and Operational Excellence
- Able to speak English and Dutch fluently
- The possibility to develop yourself in an experienced team of professionals
- International career opportunities
- A year contract with the intention to convert this for an indefinite period of time
- 27 holidays a year (with the possibility to buy extra holidays)

As the Quality Control Manager you will be part of the Quality Management Team. In this job you will be responsible for the processes and methods, which have to meet the GMP quality standards. To ensure an optimal manufacturing process conform the quality standards you will be responsible for the team of 14 QC analytic and QC microbiologic analysts.In addition you will also maintain and improve the current processes and methods by advising your stakeholders and implementing lean.
