THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.
Het gaat om een internationale klant met onder andere een locatie in Leiden.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Quality Control (QC) is verantwoordelijk voor de analyse en de vrijgifte van grondstoffen, tussen- en eindproducten (monoclonale antilichamen), en het beheer van verschillende support systemen, waaronder LIMS. De afdeling geeft ook advies op het gebied van analytische methodes aan verschillende productie- en productieondersteunende afdelingen.
De QC afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 70 mensen verdeeld over vier subafdelingen (Micro, Raw Materials (RM), In Process Conrol (IPC) en Lab Services)
Met betrekking tot het testen van tussen- en eindproducten is QC-IPC verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van een groot aantal analyses, waar onder HPLC en qPCR. Deze analyses worden uitgevoerd onder GMP condities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validatie en troubleshooting van (bio-) chemische analytische methoden
- Nieuwe methodes worden door hem/haar op de afdeling geïntroduceerd
- Dienen als aanspreekpunt voor complexere analytische problemen en voor trending aspecten.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Master opleiding Analytische Chemie, Biochemie of vergelijkbaar;
- 1 - 5 Jaar ervaring in een Quality Control omgeving
- Bekend zijn met GMP/GLP-richtlijnen;
