THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a fast growing chocolate producer with a focus on organic products. They sell there productie across the world. The organisation puts great effort in sustainable production and has made Fair Trade on the forefront of there business.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As QA/QC Manager you'll be responsible for the entire quality program. This means you'll continuously develop and maintain the quality systems that are in place and you'll be managing two teams, the QA team and the QC team. Are you the manager that can keep his/her teams on task, motivated and has a socially responsible mindset you will be the one for this job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be the focal point in the communication with clients, governments and suppliers. You will also be responsible for overseeing internal and external audits of the quality systems. In addition one of your main focusses will be the ensuring that the company stays on track with their sustainability efforts. Furthermore you'll be the point of contact for questions from customers, governments and regulatory institutions.

- take part in company wide projects
- report directly to the operations manager
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in food technology of food safety;
- 5 to 10 years of relevant managing experience within the food industry
- Experience with implementing FSC and BRC systems;
- Fluency in English (professional proficiency in German is a plus);
- A can do attitude;
- Affinity with Fair Trade en biological food.
